Unarmed Base Damage increased to 30
Combined Melee Weapon Damage: Combines all equipped melee weapons to determine final damage. This includes unarmed.
These changes should help balance some melee skills that heavily favored two-handed weapons to be equally powerful while dual-wielding. These changes bring up damage while dual-wielding with these skills without affecting current 2H damage.
The following skills now use combined melee weapon damage instead of primary weapon damage.
- Enduring Strike
- Chilling Strike
- Lacerating Strike
- Savage Strike
Voltaic ThrustNow deals 100% combined melee weapon damage (from 150% primary weapon damage).
Now chains to 4 targets (down from 5).
Chain damage reduced from 100% to 50% of the strike's damage.
FIXED
Fixed a bug where your character would become permaslowed on leveling up.
