Spell Effect fix, Save Fix

Fixed a bug which could cause a player to no longer be able to receive buffs.
Another save fix.

Dual Wield Buffs, Permaslow Fix

BALANCE
Unarmed Base Damage increased to 30

Combined Melee Weapon Damage: Combines all equipped melee weapons to determine final damage. This includes unarmed.

These changes should help balance some melee skills that heavily favored two-handed weapons to be equally powerful while dual-wielding. These changes bring up damage while dual-wielding with these skills without affecting current 2H damage.

The following skills now use combined melee weapon damage instead of primary weapon damage.
  • Enduring Strike
  • Chilling Strike
  • Lacerating Strike
  • Savage Strike


Voltaic Thrust
Now deals 100% combined melee weapon damage (from 150% primary weapon damage).
Now chains to 4 targets (down from 5).
Chain damage reduced from 100% to 50% of the strike's damage.

FIXED
Fixed a bug where your character would become permaslowed on leveling up.

BALANCE

Unarmed base damage increased by 25.

  • Shout base range reduced from 800 to 750.
  • Entangle base range reduced from 1500 to 1000.
Whirlwind
  • Damage per tick increased from 100% to 115% combined weapon damage.
  • Stamina cost decreased from 100 to 85 Stamina per second.
Flurry
  • Damage per hit increased from 65% to 75%.
  • Stamina cost decreased from 125 to 100.
Ruthless Charge: Can now interrupt current action.
Serrated Dagger: Now usable while Unarmed.
Bane Strike: No longer usable while Unarmed.

[h3]SENDATU[/h3]
  • New T1 Talent - Transmuter: Allies affected by any of your Boons also gain 5 Mana Regeneration. You and allies gain 25% more gold from gold pickups.
  • Alchemist Rework: Allies affected by any of your Boons also gain 5 Stamina Regeneration. Now grants 25% more flask charge from enemies and pickups (down from 50%).
  • Medic Rework: When an ally is affected by any of your Boons, they also gain 5 Health Regeneration. Resurrection speed doubled.
  • Talented Healer Rework: Flask Target becomes an area heal that applies a potion to all nearby friendly targets except you. Applies all applicable potion effects from talents.
  • Benefactor: Damaging auras now tick 25% faster (down from 30%).
  • Broad Influence: Now increases range by 50% (down from 100%). Now also affects Entanglements.
  • Mystic Palm Technique: Removed.

[h3]OTHERS[/h3]
  • Kirkira - Dodge Warp: Now increases stamina cost by 75 (up from 50).
  • Verndari - Dash: Now increases stamina cost by 30 (down from 40).
IMPROVED
  • Added a "Sell All" button to the sell popup dialogue box
MISC

Boots now roll natural Movement Speed implicits at double mod strength, but Movement Speed mod scaling has been reduced to maintain the same amount of Movement Speed. This matters for a soon to be added talent. Existing boots will have their mod levels automatically updated to the new values.

FIXED
  • Fixed Boon Intensity mods displaying incorrect values.
  • Fixed Screenshake Intensity and HUD Bottom Bar Scale resetting their values upon exiting the options menu.
  • Fixed being able to set unlimited traps in multiplayer.
  • Fixed Enemy Upscaling not working.
  • Fixed more issues with saves.

XP/Level Up Fix

Fixed a bug where leveling up would set the Xp required to level up to 1,000,000,000

Flame Aura + Gift of Wisdom Fix

Flame Aura's Burn will now use Combined Weapon Damage instead of Spell Damage while you have Gift of Wisdom.
