Miasma Buff

Miasma
  • Initial size increased by 85%.
  • Added existing mechanic to description: Bonus Attack Speed scales growth rate of the cloud.
  • Increased the effectiveness of Bonus Attack Speed scaling on the growth rate of the cloud by 200%.
  • Fixed Bonus Attack Speed not scaling poison application rate as stated in description.
  • Smoothed growth animation.


Note: Miasma scales with the Bonus Attack Speed stat, not the Attack Speed of your weapons. There's no penalty for using slow weapons like staves.

New Spell: Miasma, Bow Skill Buffs

NEW
New Spell - Miasma: Create a cloud of poison at the target location that inflicts enemies with 1 stack of poison per second. Continue channeling to increase the size of the cloud. Channeling mana cost increases over time. Miasma growth rate slows over time. Poison application rate scales with Attack Speed. Clouds linger for 4 seconds before shrinking and finally dissipating. All active Miasmas are destroyed on Meditation.

  • Damage increased from 100% to 200% weapon damage.
  • Mana cost reduced from 100 to 85.
Seeker Barrage
  • Damage increased from 50% to 75% weapon damage per arrow.
  • If multiple arrows hit the same target, arrows after the first will deal 50% weapon damage.
  • Mana Cost reduced from 125 to 100.
  • Cooldown reduced from 6 to 4 seconds.
Ice Nova Arrow
  • Damage increased from 75% to 125% weapon damage.
Venombolt
  • Poison damage is now affected by Heightened Spell talents.
Lightning Orb
  • Mana cost reduced from 200 to 180.

New Spell: Venombolt, Firebolt and Lightning Orb Changes, Fool's Gamble Fix

NEW
New Spell - Venombolt: Cast a bolt of poison that deals 50% Spell Damage and inflicts 1 stack of poison on the target for 5 seconds. Inflicts 1 additional stack on Critical Strike, and 1 additional stack for each Supercrit. Poison deals 10% Spell Damage per second per stack. Max 20 stacks.

Icewastes trees, saplings, and large rocks are now destructible. (Some are only destructible by bosses.)

Firebolt
  • Burn damage increased from 10% Spell Damage per second to 25% Spell Damage per second.
  • Burn damage cap reduced from 150% Spell Damage per second to 75% Spell Damage per second.
Lightning Orb
  • Damage per second increased from 65% to 100% Spell Damage.
  • Mana cost increased from 125 to 200.
  • Now ticks 2 times per second instead of 3. (Note: This change does not affect overall damage output, it just spreads the same damage per second out over 2 larger hits.)
FIXED
  • Fixed Fool's Gambles rolling lower mod levels than intended on some gear.
  • Fixed Fireball incorrectly dealing 175% Spell Damage instead of 200% as stated in the description.
  • Fixed Ground Smash not showing a Stamina Cost.
  • Potential fix for Invasion level being reset.
