Aspect of the Wolf Buff, Fixes

Aspect of the Wolf: Spirit Wolf damage increased from 30% to 40% weapon damage.

Fixed a bug where the bonus from Exerted Strikes was being applied twice
Fixed a raid boss not staying down

Archer Overhaul

ITEMS

Bows now roll a random Bow skill and can have this skill rerolled via crafting.

Meteor Forge: Fully charged arrows deal 25% increased damage and Ignite nearby targets for 30% weapon damage per second for 3 seconds.

TALENTS

Movement Speed passives have been removed.
Cooldown Reduction passives reduced from 2.5% to 2% per point.

Cooldown Reduction passive added.

New Talent - Wildshot Elixir: Your potions grant Wildshot for 4 seconds, or for 6 seconds if at full health. Wildshot causes all projectiles to spawn 2 additional, identical projectiles in a spread.

Dev Note: This works with all projectiles, not just arrows. This also works with Spire of Teurok.

New Talent - Dash: Your dodge becomes a quick dash. Does not interrupt abilities that allow you to move while channeling.

Dev Note: Dash maintains the same iframes as a normal dodge. This works with the standard bow attack, Explosive Arrow, Whirlwind, Fireball, Blizzard, Magic Missile, Dragonfire, Flame Slash, Ice Storm, etc.

New Talent - Expertise: Your chance to hitstun is calculated as though you dealt 50% more damage.

Dev Note: Is Expertise Good?

New Talent - Swift: Movement Speed increased by 30.

New Talent - Aspect of the Eagle: Gain 15% Attack Speed and 15% Cooldown Reduction. Bow passive bonuses also apply to spells.

New Talent - Hunter's Mark: Consecutive hits on a target apply 1 stack of Hunter's Mark. Max 10 stacks. Hunter's Mark causes the target to take 3% more damage from you per stack. Hitting another target removes the mark. Fully charged arrows apply 5 stacks of Hunter's Mark.

New Talent - Aspect of the Wolf, Part 1: On hit, manifest an untargetable Spirit Wolf. Max 1 Spirit Wolf. Spirit Wolf attacks 5 times and then cannot be spawned for 5 seconds. The Spirit Wolf does not count as a minion, deals 40% combined weapon damage on hit, and deals damage as if it were you. Aggros to your Hunter's Mark target when applied.

Aspect of the Wolf, Part 2: Bow passive bonuses also apply while a melee weapon is equipped. Melee passive bonuses also apply while a bow is equipped.

Dev Note: "Deals damage as if it were you" means that hits from the Spirit Wolf are the same as you hitting the target. If you have Envenom up, the wolf is also applying poison. Boons, buffs, on-hit effects, Legendary effects, etc. all apply. Effects that specifically require a melee or spell hit are not applied by the Wolf's hits. (Viscera won't work, but Stormblade and Godcaller will.) Spirit Wolf is untargetable and ethereal, and will pass through enemies, allies, projectiles, etc. "Does not count as a minion" means that Minion Damage mods and other effects that affect minions do not apply to the Spirit Wolf.

Alert now provides +30 Movement Speed in addition to its current effect.

Orias - Weapons Training: Riposte damage increased from 150% to 200% weapon damage.

Rapid Fire
  • Now available as a normal skill from the shop.
  • Recharge speed is now increased during Meditation.
Rain of Arrows
  • Stamina cost increased from 50 to 100.
  • Mana cost increased from 75 to 100.
Grasping Vines - New Icon

MISC
  • Increased the delay between spawned projectiles when using Lightning Orb with Spire of Teurok.
CHANGED
  • Bunnyhopping removed.
  • Air control reduced.
FIXED
  • Fixed Backstab's cooldown not resetting on kill.
  • Fixed 1H and 2H shop filters.
  • Fixed some weapon requirements not working properly.
  • Fixed Stamina cost not showing on Flame Slash's tooltip.
  • Fixed Liberating Shout not working.
  • Fixed some issues with alphabetic sorting in the shop (this should also work in non-English languages now).

SKILLS

Leap Smash
Damage increased from 150% to 200% combined weapon damage.
On landing, you take 20% reduced damage for 5 seconds.
Cooldown increased from 2 seconds to 10 seconds.
Stamina cost increased from 75 to 150.

Ruthless Charge
On hit, gain a shield which blocks the next incoming attack within 1 second.
Cooldown increased from 2 to 3 seconds.

Ground Smash
Damage increased to 700% weapon damage at full charge.

Shockwave
Damage increased from 85% to 150% weapon damage.

IMPROVED
Initial stash space upgrade cost reduced from 10,000 to 5,000.
Added some error detection to teleports. They should be more reliable.

TALENTS
Innate Magic: You ignore weapon requirements for Spells. Spell damage bonuses also apply to melee and bow attacks.

Melee Skill Buff Update

SKILLS
Flame Slash Rework:
Charge up and slash with your weapon to create a fiery nova for up to 250% combined weapon damage. When charged above 50%, targets are Ignited for up to 4.5 seconds and 100% of your combined weapon damage per second based on charge.

Leap Smash: Damage increased from 100% to 150% combined weapon damage and now hitstuns normal enemies. Hitstun cannot occur on a target more than once every 5 seconds.

Crimson Rush
Damage increased from 50% to 150% combined weapon damage.
Cooldown reduced from 2 to 1 second.

Chilling Strike
Damage increased from 150% to 200% primary weapon damage.
Cooldown reduced from 10 to 2 seconds.
Mana cost increased from 75 to 100.

Lacerating Strike
Damage increased from 100% to 200% primary weapon damage.
New icon.

Voltaic Thrust
Damage increased from 100% to 150% primary weapon damage.
Cooldown reduced from 8 to 2 seconds.

Vicious Spin
Damage increased from 200% to 300% weapon damage.
Cooldown reduced from 3 to 2 seconds.

Riposte
Damage increased from 200% to 400% combined weapon damage.
Cooldown reduced from 4 to 2 seconds.

Flurry
Stamina cost reduced from 150 to 125.
Cooldown reduced from 3 to 2 seconds.

Backstab
Damage increased from 400% to 1000% primary weapon damage if behind the target.
Normal damage increased from 100% to 200% primary weapon damage.

Enduring Strike: Damage increased from 150% to 300% primary weapon damage.

Savage Strike: Damage increased from 200% to 400% primary weapon damage.

Reave: Damage increased from 150% to 300% primary weapon damage.

Ruthless Charge: Damage increased from 100% to 200% combined weapon damage.

FIXED
Fixed the Bleed effect from Crimson Rush dealing much less damage than intended.

The Ordained Rework, Talent Changes

ITEMS
The Ordained Rework: While standing in your Consecration, you gain Avatar of Lightning, and you and allies become Blessed. Blessed targets gain bonus base damage equal to 5% of your Maximum Mana.

TALENTS
New Kirkira T1 Talent - Potent Mana: Spells gain additional base damage equal to 5% of your Maximum Mana.

Innate Magic: You ignore weapon requirements for Spells. Spell damage bonuses apply to all weapons and unarmed.
Dev Note: This has been reworded to reflect that base spell damage bonuses are included.

Mana Frenzy: Mana Regeneration per stack increased from 0.75 to 1

Godcaller moved to Ehtiras.

Spellsurge removed.

SKILLS
Shield skills now benefit from flat damage bonuses.

MODS
Health Regeneration passives reduced from 1.25 to 1 per point.
