Raid News, Upcoming Price Increase

The upcoming Raid, The Akashic Archives, will be released one wing at a time. Each wing will include 1 major boss fight, each with its own exclusive legendary item rewards. The Akashic Archives also aims to bring a much higher quality of level and enemy design to Rune Knights.

The first wing of The Akashic Archives is Archives Exterior, and will pit your party against the Archive Guards. Defeat the Archive Guards to gain access to Archives Interior (to be released at a later date). Archives Exterior offers engaging scenery and combat, and minimal exploration elements (read: there's nothing to explore here). Exploration elements will be featured beginning in Archives Interior.

Archives Exterior will be released this Saturday, April 10th, and will be launched alongside a price increase to $15. This price reflects the significant amount of breadth, depth, and stability that Rune Knights has gained since the initial launch into Early Access, and will help support the new standard for enemy and level design set by The Akashic Archives, which will be brought to all existing areas of the game over time.
