Fixed MTX being unpurchasable

Auras and channeled abilities now show actual mana costs calculated after modifiers.

SKILLS
Aura mana costs increased from 35 to 50 per second.

Empowering Shout - Duration reduced from 8 to 4 seconds
Undying Shout - Duration reduced from 8 to 4 seconds
Quicken Shout - Corrected the description to reflect that the duration was already 4 seconds

Fixed Fireball not working

Damage increased from 50% to 65% spell weapon damage per second.
Mana Cost increased from 100 to 125.
Cooldown increased from 8 to 9 seconds.
