Stamina Rework

STAMINA REWORK
Base Stamina increased to 300 from 100
Base Stamina Regen increased from 7.5 to 30
Dodge Roll cost increased from 30 to 100
Blockbreakers now deal double damage to blocking targets
Stamina and Stamina Regen mods and passives have been tripled
Talents which affect Dodge Roll stamina costs have had their values modified appropriately

Stamina regen now pauses for a moment on taking block damage or dodge rolling

BLOCK
No longer applies resistances twice
No longer reduces incoming damage by a flat %
Parries now reduce incoming damage by 25% from 40%.
Stamina Regen halved while active

SKILLS
All skills with Stamina costs have had their costs increased proportionally.
Leap Smash now costs 75 Stamina instead of 100 Mana.
Frostbolt mana cost increased from 50 to 75.
Supers which affect Stamina Regeneration have had their values increased proportionally.

NOTES
Overall this makes blocking simpler, more powerful (especially early game), and more easily comparable to raw health tanking via raw number comparison. It also has the added benefit of making Rapid Fire less punishing for archers.

Item Deletion Fix, Spire of Teurok Fixes

Fixed Spire of Teurok's effect not reducing the damage of successive Sinister Flare casts.
Fixed Spire of Teurok's effect not working after using a Course Correction or Dying Wish to change the granted skill.

Fix for character's breaking apart during Leap Smash.
Fix for items disappearing after being unequipped.

Chilled Interaction Update

CC Immune targets are now Unaffected by Chill instead of Immune to it. This means that Chill can be applied but they will not suffer the movement speed or attack speed penalties. This affects interactions with Shatter Nova.
