Damn weather! We are facing a major problem: we are heavily dependent on supplies of life, equipment, ammunition and fuel from artificial harbours. Due to the poor weather, support is limited. I have heard that the waves destroy the caissons of the outer jetties. The confusion is immense in two artificial ports: boats also run aground, some sink and floating bridges break their moorings.
