The first Brotherhood Closed Beta is behind us, so it's a good time to thank our awesome testers and the whole The Wizards - Dark Times community! Thanks to your overwhelming enthusiasm, commitment, and absolutely great feedback we learned a lot about our game and found out how we can make it even better. We were delighted to discover that 100% of the testers surveyed would recommend the game to their friends based on their Beta experience. Thank you, everyone! 🙏
However, today we want to tell you about something else. As you all surely know, the main axis of the Brotherhood update is beating so-called maps 🗺️ Each of them is full of interesting elements, epic visuals, vicious enemies, and... diversified objectives! You and your friends will have to complete various tasks in order to beat a given map and move on to the next one. But how do you do that?
[h2]What challenges await you and your friends?[/h2]

Quick spellcasting, smart movement, and high accuracy are sometimes not enough! Yes, they are important, but still, if you don't complete the map objectives, your opponents will soon outnumber and overcome you! We don't want that to happen, do we?
As you progress through the game, you have to remember that each map has different goals... yet all of them have something in common. In order to open the portal leading to the next level, you must first complete the specific map objectives. Simple as that... or is it? We can't wait to see if your mage-squads can cope with the challenges we have prepared for you! Ok, are you ready to get to know some of the objectives?

Collect and deliver - one of the challenges you will have to face will be finding the characteristic items and delivering them to the right place. Of course, your opponents will do their best to prevent you from completing this task! An example? Sure 😁 During your adventure in the Dark Woods you will have to find glowing mandrakes and throw them into huge cauldrons full of green, glowing goo! How fun!
Seek and destroy - this kind of challenge is somewhat different in its assumptions. This time your mission will be to find the key elements of the map and destroy them. Easy to say, hard to do, as they are protected by hordes of powerful foes. Is it better to stick together? Or maybe split up in search of these unusual objects? It all depends on you!
Get through - things are about to get messy. This mode will put your spellcasting skills to the difficult test. The goal here is simple and fun - to emerge victorious you will have to break through a narrow chokepoint. You need to have eyes all around your head, because the enemies will attack you from behind and from the front. Freeze, incinerate, or shock them and remember about the only rule - always move forward! 👣
Survive - Can you and your team fight off the murderous attacks from successive waves of enemies? Can you cooperate, protect each other from harm, and get rid of numerous foes? Well... we will see. This is a very dynamic, highly combat-focused mode. Your survival will depend on your and your friends' spellcasting skills... and hey, make sure to resurrect them when they fall!

Of course, these are not all variants of the game modes and maps - you will have to discover the rest of them for yourselves! Not to mention the boss fight zones... which is a tale for another day.
One way or another, adaptation is the key to victory. Be sure to check out all of the combinations, character development paths, and playstyles. The abilities of different Wizards complement each other perfectly and fill different niches. We believe that you and your friends will quickly discover your own way to victory 🤝 Only smart, efficient cooperation will allow you to understand and execute all the objectives... and that is something that even the most powerful magician in the world cannot do alone.
