Happy Belated New Year & Surprise News!
We wanted to wish everyone who will read this a happy new year and we hope everyone will be fulfilled with happiness and empathy.
The end of 2022 was for us a time of much work, Rainbow Billy was released on Xbox Game Pass to a very negative response from some users. We saw many hateful comments stemming from the themes of the game (nothing we are not used to at this point!). But, to our great surprise, the support and compassion online was beyond belief.
After posting about the hateful reaction on Reddit, thousands of people reached out to support our work. We were all filled with joy at the reading of these messages and if some of you are here, thank you
As for 2023, at Manavoid, we’re working hard on the release of Roots of Yggdrasil, a city-builder roguelike that we're really passionate about!
We’re actually launching for the game a Kickstarter TODAY 🙂 You can check it out here!
