  • Laborers will now need to clear building areas of trees and rocks.



  • Labororers will now check to see if there are logs on the ground closer to the building site than the closest stockpile.

  • Pasture workers will now roam and search for animals rather than having to select them manually.

  • Load menu has been changed to show a list of save file names. Clicking on the save will now expand and show the details of the save (Currently, all the information shown is the same, but the change in layout allows for more information to be shown in the future).



  • The load menu will now say auto-save and the name of the save.

  • Weather system has been improved to not linger too long in the same weather.

  • Made a new system for controlling the wind.

  • Hovering over icons will now show a little more detail after a little wait.



  • Improved and simplified hover system allowing it to be improved quickly in the future.

  • Quicker popups for item info on some huds.

  • Improved river blocking, allowing you to now construct up to the river and fixed the issue allowing you to build in the middle of the river.

  • Improved clicking on trees, as some were very difficult to click.

  • On the villager hud, there are now villager icons based on gender and age.

  • Will now say when a tree is too small to be cut down.

  • Added building is on fire notification.

  • Changed a few of the notifications icons.

  • Campfire will now stop at 6 rather than 5.

  • On job info, the eye icon is removed if they have no place of work.

  • House info will now state homeless and will remove the eye icon.

  • Kids now walk around rather than sprinting everywhere.

  • Fixed an issue with having a homeless person causing housing reassignment to be cancelled halfway through.

  • At night, villagers will now walk around with torches in their hands as long as they aren't carrying something else or attempting to steal.



  • Hunters will now roam much further.

  • New villagers now join with clothing; their clothing will be worn down and soon in need of replacement.

  • People now move around buildings when constructing.

  • Large campfire performance increase.



  • Added building placement sound.

  • Separated Linen and cloth on tailor hud to show them as two clothing recipes.

  • Reduced max builders on a single construction from 5 > 3.

  • Carts will refund their contents on load rather than losing all the resources.

  • Fixed path save and load issue that was causing parts of paths to disappear. The changes won't work until your game is saved on this update. It will likely cause more path loss for your initial load of a past save.

  • Improved campfire performance slightly.

  • Fixed campfire sit animation getting stuck. This was causing people to walk around crouching and not animate any work actions.

  • Curved paths have been added, replacing the previous path system. The paths visuals are to be improved, and stone paths will be re-added in the future.





  • Added a visual for the map's border, which will fade in when you get close.



  • Improved move speed calculations for having shoes or walking on a path.

  • Landscape systems have changed to allow for curved paths and how visuals such as fields and stockpiles are shown, there are currently a few issues, and all the visuals are not final yet.

  • Added slight tree colour variation depending on the month.

  • Orchard production is now increased by nearby apiaries.

  • Improved grass transition.

  • Landscape material is now also a far-distance variation.

  • Villager visual clothing is now saved and loaded.

  • Added splash screen icon.

  • Improved packaging settings.

  • Altered apiary productivity numbers.

  • A significant corruption issue occurred, meaning that I had to spend a few weeks troubleshooting and then eventually remaking and re-referencing parts of the game. This has caused the game .exe name to change, which means it is now named correctly. This also means that a large download is needed rather than a small patch on steam. The desktop shortcut will most likely not work and will need to be deleted and remade. There could easily be a few issues, but they can easily be fixed once I know about them.

  • Fixed workers taking logs to storage before checking if there is space.

  • Fixed stockpile space check being incorrect by one on all resources.

  • Fixed thunder volume not being tied to master and SFX volume.

  • Fixed blurry games.exe icon and taskbar icon.

  • Fixed community icon.

  • Fixed a few main menu right-click back buttons not working.

  • Fixed stockpile path avoid.

  • Fixed some issues with animations.

  • Fixed hide grass during winter.

  • Fixed animal removal from deleted pastures.

    Upcoming changes:

  • Fully procedural maps - no longer experimental like before

  • Performance increases for villagers to allow for much large villages.

  • Unreal Engine 5.1 updates that hopefully will allow for more of the new tools to be used.

  • Once these updates are completed, I will add more content and improve current content.
