Hotfix 11.01.23

Fixed a bug where blood upgrades was locked in endless mode.

  • Fixed a bug where the continue button wouldn't appear after beating a boss.
  • Fixed decapitating heads in pits.
  • Polished the Pugios downward hit box.
  • Removed blood reward from mini bosses.

Arena optimization and fixes

  • Improved game performance with crowd.
  • Improved game performance with blood. Still investigating further optimization.
  • Fixed a bug where the score wouldn't show in Endless Mode.
  • Reduced time Retiarius needs to throw net after spawning from 5 seconds to 0.5 second.

Gladium 1.1 is here!
Thanks for all the great feedback from the 1.0 launch! I have made a lot of changes to the core gameplay with some new additions as well.

Featuring:
  • A new game mode as well as an update to the current one!
    Classic: Fight increasing amounts of enemies until you are victorious. Great rewards for those who succeed, but none for those who fail.
    Horde: Fight endlessly for your life and gain rewards based on how far you get.
  • More music! Two new soundtracks curtesy of SB Studios.
  • Improved hitboxes
  • And much more!

GLADIUM 1.0 IS LIVE!

Gladium 1.0 is finally here along with the Steam Summer Sale!





Featuring:
  • The Last Boss, Titos The Champion!
  • Brand new weapons: The Securis and Caestus
  • New Helmets to unlock: Centurion, Corinthian and Elite helmets
  • New Shield: The Clipeus
  • The Retiarius' favorite tool is now available to the player: The Throwing Net
  • New death animation: Behead enemies and watch them fly!
  • The player can now disarm enemies using Shield Slam
  • And much more!
