Devlog #10 - ”Environment Sketches”

[h2]We continue our work on the game and one of the important aspects for us is to have variety in environments for our game. Let's talk about some of them![/h2]

We believe that wide selection is one of the key points for success and it often adds immensely to enjoyment for our players. We don't want you to be always stuck on the very same field that you had the opportunity to play with in the demo - that is why we're also preparing many different environments that you will have a chance to visit during your career as a builder! Below you will find some of the sketches our artists prepared for some of the areas where you might find yourself - however do keep in mind that those are only a part of what we want to create.



Some of you might be naturally inclined to prefer various lake areas or riversides - as presented in the demo. Some of you might prefer rocky areas or rural territories. We want to create a set of environments where each of you will find something for yourself. Builder's job, after all, is a job that might take you to very different places - customers tend to live in varied conditions and our maps will try to emulate that fact.



Of course what you can see above are sketches - something that was created from our artists to developers/designers to find an inspiration from and then create more detailed plans and maps. As we always strive for perfection we also tend to make corrections, adjustments or changes to our initial designs so don't be alarmed if in future you find something similar but not exactly the same as shown on the graphics above.

Do note that concepts shown in the devlogs do not represent the final look of the game - we're improving daily and the final game will be even better than what we can show you right now!
