Improvements
-  Updated the crosshair so it is more visible against bright backgrounds:

 -  Updated the perk window so it is clearer whether a perk is active or not, as well as what requirements must be met to purchase it:
 
Balancing
-  Reduced the damage the player fleet receives from ships performing a ramming maneuver by 66%.
 
Bug fixes
-  Fixed an occasional crash due to ships hitting the player ship while the player was docked and modifying their ship. 
 -  Fixed a crash when the player attempted to undock with more than six addon modules slotted.
 -  Fixed engine disruptor not correctly affecting ships which had activated ramming speed.
 
Known issues
-  I'm aware that if you have a high resolution monitor, a sector's background and galaxy map are not being rendered correctly. I'm currently working on a fix for this.
