Farm Manager 2021 - Patch 1.0.389

Dear Players,

Below you will find the changelog:

Changes:

- The "Hire and Assign" feature in buildings now works if the player has other unassigned employees
- Added new employee portraits
- Changed the perspective of the land purchase overview to make it less confusing

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug where some of the building radius settings would restart after loading a saved game
- Fixed a bug where animals would not produce anything when moved from one building to another that was previously occupied by a different type of animal
- Fixed a bug where it was impossible to call a vet in Free Mode when the electricty requirement was turned off
- Fixed a bug where a tractor with a trailer for straw bales could get stuck if the field was destroyed before the tracor could deliver the bales to the warehouse

New features!


Radius range
A new option to adjust the area of effect has been implemented for all buildings that have a radius. If you wish to change the building's default area of effect, you will need to click on the building and adjust the slider to the value that suits you.
Please note that the maximum range of the building has not been changed and this feature does not allow you to bypass it.



Training timer
A training timer has been added to the main UI to make it easier for you to track your training progress without having to visit the Training manager every now and then

Changes:

- Scrollbars are now thicker and more visible
- The default threshold for ordering a mechanic to a new machine has been lowered to 70% durability
- Mechanic's garage will now prioritize the machine with the lowest durability
- Added straw in the Plant Picker as a subproduct of harvesting certain fields
- Road prices have been adjusted
- The checkbox has been removed from the filter area in the Hire section of Staff Manager. From now on you don't have to click it before filters become clickable
- The game optimization has been improved

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug where the slaughterhouse would be built infinitely
- Fixed a bug where a field that is not an orchard could be sprayed by an orchard sprayer
- Fixed a bug where Plants skill was not working correctly
- Fixed a bug where an incorrect wage was displayed in House for seasonal employees in Free Mode on a difficulty level other than medium
- Fixed a memory leak

Changes:

- You can turn off messages generated by fields and greenhouses
- The default threshold for ordering a mechanic has been lowered if the durability of the marchienry is less than x
- Optimized use of the game RAM
- The size of the game has been reduced

Bug fixes:

- Renovating abandoned buildings in the second abandoned farm in the campaign is now possible.
- Removed one instance of Pickles from Vegetable processing plant
- Turning off messages now correctly mutes the notification sound
- More trees were displayed than they should be at low graphics settings

- Fixed a bug that made it impossible to collect mowed grass from a grass field when the player was using the manual mode of fieldwork.

Dear Players,

Below you will find the changelog:

New feature - work type flags!

To make developing your farm easier and more enjoyable, we've added a new option that allows you to prohobit your workers from manual labour or from using machines. This solution gives you more control over your workers and thanks to it, you can avoid downtime on the fieldworks. To prohibit your employees from manual work, click on a checkbox next to "allow manual work".
You can find the checkbox at Employee Manager in the Staff list, after clicking on a particular employee and when hiring the employee.



Changes:

- Quitting the game is no longer possible if the save process has not yet finished. Closing the game too quickly while the save process was still in progress could corrupt the save, preventing it from loading.
- Added a slider for the employee limit for sesonal workers in House for sesonal employees

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug that caused the warehouses to have the wrong capacity after loading the game
- Re-introduced the change that was reverted yesterday: Automatic field processes now use the nearest machine for field works
