[p]Hi everyone! [/p][p]About a month ago, we made a poll about the ranked rating reset. To quickly refresh the memory, the idea was to reset everyone’s points back to the starting position to refresh the race to the top and how many points you get for every win. This was never done before, which made rankings a bit stale, especially for those who populate the top spots.[/p][p]The results of that poll were overwhelmingly in favour of such a reset, 89% in favour, in fact! But we do not wish to create a band‑aid, one‑time solution, as it will eventually lead to the same problem after some time.[/p][p]So what will be done? Now, the rating will be reset every 3 months, at the same time as the new league season starts. The first reset will be conducted on the 1st of March and will continue to be done every 3 months. So the 1st of June, September, etc.[/p][p]This will allow for a far more dynamic environment and create new races for the top spots for those who are ready to face such a challenge.[/p][p]And if you are interested in finding some partners for PvP battles, join our Discord server, where you can discuss all things MoW 2 or any other game from the series. Let’s talk about the League Points in Men of War II.[/p][p]Since the release, there has been no reset of those, which led to a stalemate in the ladder. The top cut became permanent, and no amount of games by players from the middle of the pack could change that.[/p][p]This is why we are thinking about resetting those points for everyone back to zero every three months, to add motivation for those who are striving to get higher.[/p][p]But we need your feedback on this decision, as there was nothing like this previously in the game, and we do not want to add too much unwanted disruption.[/p][p]Here’s why we created this poll: a simple yes or no question. Tell us what you think and help us shape the future of MoW II.
