Update to v0.1.1.4.

Hello everyone!

We have a small update just before weekend!

Fixes

  • Food in chests becomes spoiled now.*
  • Extracting stones with a pickaxe now accounts gains to correct technology and skills.
  • The possibility to get stuck at workbenches when closing the crafting menu using escape has been eliminated.
  • Hitting rocks with a pickaxe did not always trigger sounds and effects. This is fixed.
  • Talents for faster extraction, stamina consumption and durability were not working properly. They should now.
  • Fixed an issue where players could change an item with the mouse wheel or the quickslot menu and then holstering the tool, the character equipped a tool from different slot.


Additions

  • Added new barn levels – Levels 2 and 3.
  • Added version display in save slot and labels for save slots.


Updates

  • Digging up the stump now produces a log.
  • Items placed in non-player chests now disappear after a season.
  • Spoiled food is turned to new item ("rot"), it rots after a season.
  • Fields are fertilized with a new item - Fertilizer, instead of Manure.
  • Fertilizer is made in a barn from Manure or Rot.
  • Rock, Iron, Salt, Clay now drop only after draining the deposit durability to 0%.
  • Talks to the NPCs (related to the quest) at night.
  • Reduced the number of employees for the barn, depending on stage. The dismissed employees are waiting for new assignments.
  • Increased animal attack frequency.
  • Autosave slots number changed to 3.

Hotfix to v0.1.1.3

Trees inside buildings and fields FIXED - Unfortunately, it will only work when loading the game from a save before patch 0.1.1.2. In the case of saves from version 0.1.1.2, you have to delete the trees yourself

Update to v0.1.1.2.

More stuff fixed, added and updated. Let us make this quick:

Fixes

  • Cave mining now increases the Extraction skill instead of the Crafting skill.
  • Removing tree stumps now works with a shovel. Stumps should now be gone permanently.
  • It is impossible to destroy the fence without building at least one module. It is now fixed.
  • NPCs used to stop working in the field when the player did not watch them. They now have a better work morale.
  • If a torch burned out, it decreased the health of (an)other torch(es). This is fixed as well.
  • Fixed the production list in building management showing less items per hour than it produced.
  • Quests where you could deliver items in parts and had to deliver more than one type of item should work properly now.
  • Fixed projectiles like spears, bolts and arrows getting stuck in the air after hitting an animal.


Additions

  • Added build and destroy sounds.
  • Added the possibility to turn off head bob – Further optimizations to reduce motion sickness are work in progress.


Updates

  • The size of plants data in the save file has been reduced.
  • Updated the “Digging with shovel” animation.
  • Removed crossbow as an item to deliver from Missing Bow quest. Only for new quests, existing ones still require it.
  • More quests are generated per season.

A new week brings new fixes and adjustments.

Fixes

  • The blacksmith sounds should now fade away with distance.
  • Fixed the consummation of seeds in an unplowed field.
  • Fixed collision with the Bird Trap ghost.
  • Animal Overcrowding and Starving Hunter quests are fixed. Might not be fixed if quest was previously accepted.
  • Fixed building and furniture ghosts display [Name] in inspector mode.
  • "Wife's sister living in the player's house" bug. Is fixed now (She returns to her family home).
  • Talking to Sambor and other "speechless" NPCs should now work properly.
  • Fixed an issue changing any settings in graphics options applying new values to setting segments in next line.
  • Tools kept holstering/pulling out during crafting. This issue is fixed.
  • Unlocking the toolshed in Technology is fixed.
  • Torch holstering when crafting is fixed.
  • Fixed workbench tools not showing when switching recipes too quickly.
  • Pine branches gives extraction instead of survival now.
  • Items obtained during quests have the wrong durability. Those are now fixed, but only new items. Those are already in the player inventory are not.
  • Archery Contest quests no longer count arrows that do not hit targets. This is fixed.
  • If Alwin was removed from the game and fixed via patch, he would not have given his quest story. Alwin now will be available to share his quest with you.
  • Fur items require Leather as a resource - Fixed
  • The mouse cursor hides on cancelling key binds. This is fixed.
  • Some talk points don't have a NPC name in the HUD/Journal - Fixed
  • Fixed the incorrect animation playing on the barn workbench table for the player.
  • Tree trunks can no longer removed with fists. Trunks told everyone about the Fight Club!



Additions

  • Added Field size information.



Updates and Balancing

  • The fisherman now requires survival skills.
  • Visibility range of chunks in the field in inspector mode is now decreased.
  • Increased Dynasty Reputation points gained from generic quests. On loading a savegame the actual season will laod with the old values. After the next season change the new values will kick in.
  • Lowered Manure cost.
  • Removed the survival crafting category from the Hunting Lodge.
  • Added the Archery crafting category for Workshop + added the Torch to wooden tools.
  • Quest markers are seen above village names.
  • Completing Uniegost's part II will reset all taxes and debts of players.
  • Removing tree stumps with a shovel is work in progress. (Trees grow back after 2 years - Permanent removal under development).
  • Some Polish translation fixes.
