With Medieval Dynasty 1.0 Full Release, you will get brand new content to enjoy. New storyline, more quests, new buildings, bandits, updated grabbing system, new animals, decorative items, updated map, and loads, loads more.

And don’t worry, this is not the end. Soon we will publish our Medieval Dynasty post-release Roadmap, giving you a glimpse of what awaits. Stay tuned.

To celebrate this once in a lifetime occasion we are streaming Medieval Dynasty on Steam for the next 30+ hours. Join our live stream-a-thon as we chat and give games away! The live stream started at 11:00 AM CEST and will last till 24th of September 5:00 PM CEST.

Quick heads up!

Steam uses content servers that are located all over the world. Steam attempts to select the best content server based on your location. If Steam downloads are going slower than expected, please double check your current download region:

• Start Steam
  
• Go to Steam > Settings > Downloads tab
  
• Under Download region, select the region that you are in or that is closest to you.
  
• You can also try various regions near your location to see if a better connection is available.

Hello Village Leaders,

Today we have some practical knowledge for you in prep for the big Medieval Dynasty 1.0 release. Last week we explained that save files from the Early Access versions of Medieval Dynasty might have some issues when being loaded into the full 1.0 release version. If you don’t know which direction you should go with, and you want to experiment, we suggest creating a copy of your Medieval Dynasty Early Access save game files. That way your save game files from the Early Access will not be lost or corrupt.

Here is our step-by-step guide on how to create a copy of your Medieval Dynasty Early Access game saves.

1. Press the Windows key plus "r" key,
   
2. Type in the box: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames,
   
3. Copy your save file/files to a different, safe location.
   

Now that you have your save file/files stored somewhere safe, you can always bring them back to your game by following these steps:

1. Follow the first two steps above to find the folder for the saves and copy your previously saved files into this folder: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\SaveGames directory,
   
2. Launch Medieval Dynasty and enjoy your saves.
