v2.1.3 is LIVE with a few nice-to-haves for our upcoming Steam Open 5v5 Tournament on October 3rd

Set your Room to `Competitive Mode` for a more tournament-ready experience. This mode blocks out the window views from the pits and limits voice chat to live teammates only. This is the mode we'll be debuting in the tournament this Saturday.
We've also added a new `Featured Arenas` tab to the Arena selection panel, which currently features the 3 layouts we'll be using in the tournament.
Last but not least, a few new cosmetics are making an appearance with my favorite being this animated party hat. Free for all players.
And...for a sneak peak...our top 3 tournament teams this weekend will be the FIRST to have custom gun skins in Snapshot! Who is going to claim the gold? See you on Saturday on the Giant Scam Twitch!
