Reworked interfaces part 2

[p]This time only the character hud has been reworked[/p]

• [p]The health, mana, stamina, and experience bars have been moved to the upper left corner[/p]
• [p]companions' life bars have also been moved to the left side[/p]
• [p]the compass has been removed[/p]
• [p]the current tool's destruction status is displayed on the item icon[/p]
• [p]Stat bonuses have also been moved, they will now be displayed next to health, mana and stamina[/p]
• [p]the skin of the entire hud has been changed[/p]
• [p]fixed general sound setting.[/p][p]
