Update 0.2.2a

-map system has been completely rebuilt - now it work much smoother.
-save/load system has been completly rebuilt - load game 2-3 more faster also it fix severals bugs.
Prologue - Cave
-I replaced permanent strength potion with the ring (+10 hp)
-I fixed few visuals glitches
