Patch 1.4.6.3

Patch 1.4.6.3 is available bringing several improvements for Siege units and Naval systems. With this update we focused on improving the strategic aspect of the game by balancing the damage against buildings. This should increase the importance of siege machines during raids and give players more time to repel enemy attacks.

[h3]What’s new?[/h3]

[h3]Shore Combat[/h3]

Players can now use naval units to attack shore buildings and palisades, unlocking landing space for ships or harassing enemy settlements.



[h3]Damage Balance[/h3]

Damage dealt to structures by units has been halved, while damage dealt by siege weapons has been doubled. Combined with improved order queue, formations and targeting improvements these changes should make a real difference.

Northernfolks!

Patch 1.4.5.4 is available, bringing several quality-of-life improvements and fixes for issues we missed in the previous update.

We are continually working to enhance the game and implement feedback, your support is extremely important as we have limited resources and just a pair of hands.

We’ve introduced a new Beta branch where upcoming patches are available before being released to the Default branch.

We aim to release new Hotfixes every ~ 5-7 days and a little longer for additional maps and content.

While there are still many issues and player requests to address (nearly 200), we’re committed to resolving them, and delivering a game everyone will enjoy.

Team Orders and Interactions

We decided to refactor some of the base systems related to unit/ship management and orders. New queue system was implemented to allow for a more strategic approach and less micromanagement as every team action can be queued (movement, target enemies, scouting and abilities).

Community Reports and Requests

We fixed multiple community requests for both single and multiplayer games.
We appreciate your feedback and we take every comment into consideration. Still some issues are hard to find, which is why we need as much information as possible.

What is to come


  • We plan to take a closer look at enemy player AI to make it more challenging and diverse.
  • We plan to add new maps and improve procedural maps generation to create more complex maps.
  • Some systems require reworking, and campaigns require balancing/difficulty setting.
