Following up Patch V1.51

This is a following up patch after our "Under-ground World and Hidden Treasure Update" update.
Update include:

Game Balancing
-Increased chance of stone and gem drop in some area.

Small Bugs Fix:
- Refined weapon's elemental effects
- Refined elite boss
