Update patch V0.59

Hi All,

Just another small patch to fix some small issues.
Here is the detail:
- Refined energy system, increased energy refill speed.
- Reduced energy consumption for default weapons so it’s easier for new players to get started.
- Red skeleton on hit animation added back.
- Dragon boss infinite attack clouds bug fixed.
