We were incredibly eager to release the update today, but there are still a few critical bugs that we need to fix and test. We want to deliver better quality new content and need a little rest to complete the work.

Reports from the devfield. What we are working on?



We plan to release the next major update on March 18th. What we are working on right now and what will be included in this update?

- Improved cooking. Medium and high-level food will become more in demand and valuable, some of the recipes and effects will be reworked, new ones will appear, including “hidden” recipes (dishes that can only be cooked by experimenting). Butcher cleavers and wooden rolling pins will be added.

- New crops for cultivation. Fruit trees, strawberries, beets, cabbage, onions, garlic, peas, grapes will become available, and a new building will appear: Mill.

- Improvement of the combat system. Stage 1. Adding the role of the Tank: skill “Heavy shields”, improvement aggro, and the effect “In battle” - which prohibits removing/putting on a heavy shield and armor during a battle.

- General improvements and fixes. Several bug fixes, improved server stability, minor improvements in graphics and client optimization.

- Extra Packs Rewards. We will try to add as many rewards included in additional packs as possible. The most desirable ones will definitely be included in this update. But some of the rewards that are difficult to produce (for example, Royal baths with servants) will appear in the game later.

Update 2.0.271. Moderated chat and bug fixes



Now the chat in Wild Terra 2 is moderated. Respect other players, do not abuse swear words, do not go over to insults and threats, do not discuss topics prohibited in the real world. If the order is violated, the moderators will issue a warning, and if this does not help, the violator's chat will be temporarily blocked.

We want to make the next update a big one and add as much new content as possible, and also additional packs rewards. Work on the update may take 2-3 weeks. In early March, we will share more details on what exactly will be included in this major update.

New features and improvements
- Now the chat in Wild Terra 2 is moderated.
- Now, when the server restarts, all collected resources and killed mobs will not instantly spawn.
- Stun time from Headshot is reduced to 3 seconds.

Fixes
- Fixed a bug due to which the effect of food, increasing critical hits on animals, was applied to all enemies.
- Fixed a bug that could lead to an incorrect state of plantings that were in the growing state.
- Fixed a bug due to which it was possible to catch an animal multiple times if several players start catching it at the same time.
- Fixed a bug due to which the pet could disappear if you move away from it for a long distance.
- Fixed a bug due to which items collected from godsends could disappear in some rare cases.
- Fixed a bug due to which the "Appearance" effect was not assigned in some situations.
- Fixed a bug due to which the chat blacklist did not work in the local channel.
- Fixed a bug due to which in the tooltip of the materials of the craft, the number was limited by the size of the stack.

- Fixed a bug that appeared when restarting or temporarily disconnecting the authorization server.
- Fixed a bug with fireworks, which could lead to excessive load on the server.
- Fixed sounds of fireworks.
- Fixed a bug due to which some server objects contained unnecessary components, which could increase the server load.
- Optimized server chat logic.
- Now, in case of problems with the accumulation of packets in the network protocol, the server will immediately reboot, and not freeze.

Update 2.0.270. Map, pack rewards and many fixes



Added Map! Some additional pack rewards are available (you must reactivate the key!). Increased the spawn rate of quest trees on the Swamp, improved graveyard crypts. Fixed a lot of obstacles and shooting through walls in all dungeons, and much more!

- Map added! Displays the world map and the map of the current continent, your position, party members, your dominium, ship and place of death. In the future, it will also be possible to put your mark.
- Added some of the additional pack rewards: "Home, Sweet Home" - a set of four paintings, a cozy bed, a chandelier made of deer antlers, a rocking chair (no interactive yet). "Prosperous Merchant" - three golden statues. "King" - luxurious furniture (bed, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe), king's vestments. More rewards will be added next week!
- Increased the spawn rate of quest trees on the Swamp.
- The graveyard crypts have been improved and enlarged.
- Added visual effects for burning, bleeding, laceration, poisoning and infection.

- Fixed many places of impassability and shooting through walls in all dungeons.
- Fixed several impassable places on the Island and Continent.
- Fixed a bug due to which the Cloak of the Crusader could not be worn if you were playing as a male character.
- Fixed a bug due to which, when loading the server, sometimes items in containers and town halls could not load.
- Fixed duplicate container loading when mobs with loot die.
- Fixed a bug that occurred when disconnecting from the server with an open container window.
- Fixed a bug due to which stairs above the second floor could not work.
- Fixed a bug due to which pet commands icons remained on the screen when disconnected from the server.
- Fixed a bug due to which the timer before closing a dungeon was displayed incorrectly.

  • Improving Cooking. Long and effective buffs from high-level food. Limiting raw food and increasing the value of cooked food. Tools (pans, ladles, rolling pins). More secret recipes.
  • Improving Fishing. More interest and greater clarity. The division into different types of reservoirs with various inhabitants (including fishing in the dungeons). The size of the catch. More valuable catch.
  • Dungeon difficulty levels. Before entering the dungeon, you can choose the difficulty level. The harder it is, the more valuable the reward.
  • New content for farming. More crops and selection, the ability to grow trees, indoor plants. New tools and buildings.
  • Improving the combat system (in several stages). New abilities. Increase the power of the Knives. Improved balance. Slow bolas and traps. Development of cooperative interaction in PvP and PvE. The role of a pronounced Tank and Support will appear. The tank will take more incoming damage in battle, quickly rush into the center of the fight, and attract monsters' attention to itself. Support will remove negative effects from allies, bandage wounds, and impose various weakening on opponents.
  • Upgrade exotic items. Several levels of upgrade, the further, the better the characteristics and unique properties. Adding a valuable resource to the game is universal for the latest upgrade levels of all exotic items.

  • Seaport town. A place for trade and sailing to other lands. New NPCs.
  • New continent. Territories with unexplored places, inhabitants, and resources. Spaces for settlements.
  • Auction. Convenient sale and purchase, search and sorting.
  • Large individuals and large deposits. It will be possible to meet a larger representative of each type of animal and monster. He's more dangerous, but the reward is better. You'll also find large resources.
  • More passive bonuses for peaceful skills. Several passive bonuses for each peaceful skill.
  • Mini dungeons. Small dungeons with random generation for one player. The entrance will appear at a random location in the game world.
  • Half-timbered parts. Parts for the construction of classic medieval houses. The new parts will be fully compatible with the logs.

  • First Season launch. More unexplored biomes. Territories with new rules, quests, and rewards.
  • New types of weapons and skills. Two-handed weapons, throwing bombs, crossbows, and more.
  • NPC quests and daily rewards. Daily quests with rewards. Mining resources and help NPCs.
  • More varied bosses. You will need unique tactics and quickly adapt to changing conditions.
  • Livestock. Breeding of farm animals. Cattle and small animals, birds, and insects.
  • Diseases and epidemics. Distributable diseases with negative effects. Treatment and consequences.
