[h3]We have launched a cosmetic in-game shop![/h3]
Once you buy the game, many of you will spend hundreds, thousands, and even tens of thousands of hours in Wild Terra 2. However, monthly server fees are a large expense, and since we have no investors or publishers, the project is entirely funded by players purchasing additional packs and cosmetics. [h3]What are we working on?[/h3]
Very soon a new Witchcraft skill will appear in the game. Get ingredients and body parts, brew potions and elixirs, use special silver swords and bracelets, as well as new abilities to skillfully deal with monsters!

Hotfixes 2.2.348

- Errors that could kick players out during fishing in dungeons and due to random events have been fixed.
- Now, pets at the maximum level will not steal your loot during random events to gain experience.
- An issue has been resolved where canceling a quest from the quest window could cancel already completed quests; now, it works correctly only for repeatable quests from items.

Update 347. Item-based quests, chat events, exotic knife, and more improvements



In this update, we have added loot items with connected quest lines. Some are repeatable, with valuable rewards upon completion, while others allow you to obtain new items. One of these items is the exotic knife Beastmaster, which opens the ability to skin pets and begin feeding them one level earlier. Additionally, your companions have learned to steal treats from your loot, gaining experience and additional temporary effects.

[h3]Improvements:[/h3]
- Added items to loot and corpse containers that allow you to start connected repeatable quests with valuable rewards upon completion.
- Added the ability to skin pets, enabled when you equip the exotic knife "Beastmaster," which you can obtain through item-quest lines. You can still use active effects to reduce item durability consumption to avoid paying for repairs.
- Pets now have the ability to steal treats from your loot, gaining experience in the process and additional temporary effects. Added one to teach this ability to animal trainers.
- Added an option in the game settings for chat opacity.
- Added the ability to apply unstable essence to a non-transferable pet to unlock journal bonuses: feeding bonuses and reaching the maximum level (applies to pets released before the journal update - Anglerman pet now).
- Added river fishing zones near the Forest of Futile Regrets.
- Skeleton warriors and slingers drop bones now.

- We fixed an issue that prevented using quest-related items when the character was fully satiated.
- Fixed auto-completion of quests.
- Fixed an issue with the journal requirement for unlocking the bonus for catching Palomino-spotted horses.
- Fixed a sorting issue with tamed pets and old animals.
- Ent's Living acorn no longer drops upon death.
- Changed the rarity frame for perch to make it appear more common.
- Fixed the icon for pike soup, which needed to be more distinguishable from salmon chowder.
- Corrected the inaccurate display of caught fish weight in rare cases due to incorrect rounding.
- Optimized container handling and item sorting.

Major update 345. New pets, essences of experience, journal sections, and more!



In this update, we have added new sections to the journal: Hunting and Taming. You can significantly strengthen your character and simplify the leveling of pets due to many unlockable bonuses now. Together, we added the alchemy ability to extract experience essences from pets. You can find new rare pets for blacksmiths and tanners from bosses.
Also, in the inventory appeared a very convenient option on all items related to crafting "Show recipe".

[h3]Improvements:[/h3]
- Added new Hunting and Taming sections to the journal with information about creatures and many unlockable bonuses.
- Added a new ability in the alchemy section that opens at level 15 and allows you to extract experience essences from your pets based on their experience (the pet will be deleted).
- Empty flasks for making essences have been added to Ragnar's Junk shop for sale.
- Added new pets for the profession of blacksmith and leatherworker: Enslaved master of the mountain and Crocodile, which you can find from the relevant bosses.
- Improved interaction with items in the inventory. If an item is involved in crafting, then by pressing LMB, there will be an additional button - "Show recipes" which will display the recipe for creating this item and all connected items or buildings.
- Added a new filter for better sorting of items - Show the same inventory and storage items, which shades out all other items.
- Added the option to move one item from a stack by clicking with the Ctrl key held down.
- Added the recipe for grinding fish bones, small shellfish, and Necromancer's tibia in mills.
- Added sounds when cutting animals, fish, and items.

- Fixed a bug that caused the buttons in the action window to stop working after disconnecting.
- Fixed adding items to stack when vault or inventory is full.
- Fixed inaccurate display of percentages in the bonus list with fractional numbers.
- Fixed inaccurate display of record weight in the fishing journal.
- Freshness information in the journal is now displayed at the maximum possible value.
- Caught pets in the fishing and hunting journal sections will now be displayed with fear.
- Fixed a bug with the region names label popping out in the world map window when changing the width of the game screen.
- Fixed a bug with displaying pet icons with fear when container filters are active.
- Fixed a bug with item icons popping out of the inventory.
- Added description of Mining dynamite, Miners' sausage, Pet delicacy, Lucky powder, and Moonshine items used with active player skills.
- Changed icons for big clams.
- Optimized recalculation of journal-linked bonuses.

In this update, we've added a journal of activities with unlockable Fishing bonuses (now only for Fishing, but in the future for other activities), new high-level abilities for skills, and many improvements and fixes based on your feedback.

[h2]Update 2.2.344. Changelog[/h2]

[h3]Journal:[/h3]
- Added Journal, which will contain information about creatures, resources and events in the game world.
- In addition to information, the journal will record your hunting and mining progress, which will affect unlockable passive bonuses.
- Information about Fishing has been added to the journal. List of fish, number of fish caught, best records, useful information about baiting, butchering, etc.
- Various bonuses from Fishing have been added to the journal, depending on the type of fish.
*This mechanic will allow you to realize the exploring potential of the game, taking into account your personal activity progress: new bonuses, recipes and loot, and also allow you to more broadly develop new skills such as Witchcraft. At this stage, only Fishing has been added to the journal.*

[h3]New abilities:[/h3]
- Added a new bonus Double the chance of obtaining rare resources (items with a blue border and above). Each mining profession will have its own bonus!
- Added 3 new abilities for Mining (at levels 40, 50 and 60).
- Added 2 new abilities for Skinning (at level 30 and 50).
- Added 2 new abilities for Woodcutting (at levels 40 and 50).
- Added 3 new abilities for Taming (at level 60, 65 and 70).
*The following consumables will be required for active abilities.*
- Added new dishes to Cooking - Miner's sausages (level 60) and Pet delicacy (level 62).
- Added new resources to Alchemy (level 45) - Miner's Dynamite and Lucky Powder.

[h3]Improvements:[/h3]
- Skinning an Ent's body now requires 55 Woodcutting, up from 50.
- Skinning the Wyrm Boss now requires skinning level 55 instead of 50.
- Passive ability icons now have a different border shape to avoid confusion with active ones.
- In the crafting window, recipes from the Exotic section have been grouped into categories for convenience.
- Now in the settings you can disable the display of flying damage and healing for yourself with a pet, for others and completely.
- Now the camera zoom when talking to NPCs can be disabled in the settings.
- Now you can adjust the price of an expired auction lot and put it back up for sale immediately without returning the items to inventory.
- An additional icon is now displayed on the icon of untamed pets for convenience.
- Now all pets with old age will display an additional icon for the item, so that you do not have to hover over the item every time and look at its age.
- Added double-click cutting of fish if it cannot be equipped.
- You can now feed roosters in the coop with barley for feathers.
- Roosters can now produce litter too.
- Added arts at loading screens for locations.
- Different arts are now displayed on the launch loading screen.
- Updated rewards for fishing quests.

- Fixed the sounds of bears and pets. The sound level is lowered, and attacks sound more diverse.
- Fixed stamina consumption bug when building.
- Large Mushroom Keepers and Hunters no longer appear in the Thicket Dungeon.
- Fixed a bug due to which the white halibut was not displayed in the information about the fishing zone.
- Fixed a bug due to which large fish were not displayed in the container filter and sorting did not work.
- Fixed a bug in the work of the animal perk Slow aging.
- Fixed display of action time in multiples of 60.
- Fixed a bug in the Brongart dungeon, when at the entrance the entire view was blocked by the model of the entrance itself.
- Fixed a bug with a passable wall in Brongart.
- Fixed a bug due to which the bonuses of equipped items were saved when leaving the ship.
- Fixed bugs and tooltips related to changing the fishing keys.
