Farmer's Life Summer Update
Working on the farm has never been so fun. The sun is shining, not too cold, not too warm, before the Summer Holidays... and with an Update!
[p]
[/p][p][/p]
What's changed in Farmer's Life Update 1.0.34
[p][/p][p]- Thadeus has an idea for a new invention: the Mechanical Chainsaw. Before he starts selling it, however, you'll need to complete a few tasks for him.[/p][p]- Helen also has an idea for a new invention: the Cigarette Roller. Once mounted on a work stool, it greatly simplifies the process of producing tobacco products — but first, you'll need to finish a few jobs for Helen.[/p][p]- Hand-rolling cigarettes can now be done not only with the mouse, but also using the up/down keys or the forward/backward joystick axis.[/p][p]- Kasimir has finally overcome his fear of jumping. If he builds up enough speed and isn't overburdened, he can even jump over fences! (Some activities prevent jumping.)[/p][p]- Kasimir realized the attic in his old house has stood unused for years. It can now be accessed and used via an outside entry.[/p][p]- Kasimir has learned to organize space better, so all cabinets, dressers, and other furniture now have double the capacity.[/p][p]- Kasimir can now access item containers even while standing on a ladder.[/p][p]- Stefan discovered that the ladders he sells were too long and cumbersome for some people. From now on, he also offers medium and short versions.[/p][p]- Stan from the State Farm has — completely free of charge (!) — mounted small toolboxes on all of Kasimir’s tractors for the most essential tools.[/p][p]- Fences built by Kasimir now try their best to look better on uneven terrain. Still not perfect, but an improvement nonetheless.[/p][p]- Kasimir has learned to search wild dumps more thoroughly. In addition to scrap, he now finds bottles, jars, boards, and other small items.[/p][p]- When selling directly from wagons, items that the merchant isn't interested in are now greyed out, just like in regular hand-to-hand trade.[/p][p]- Plows and harrows "sample" the soil more frequently, leaving fewer missed patches.[/p][p]- Kasimir can now choose the color of livestock he wants to purchase.[/p][p]- Kasimir discovered that straw can be used to line animal pens using a pitchfork. This improves cleanliness, post-birth recovery, milk yield, and wool regrowth.[/p][p]- Kasimir also found that feeders can be placed in pens in such a way that they don’t get in the animals’ way (i.e., near the doors or the opposite side).[/p][p]- The issue with animals crowding into a single stall in the barn has been resolved. You’ll just need to rescue them one last time.[/p][p]- The same fix applies to animals “automatically” returning to stalls they shouldn't — unless your wife has told them to.[/p][p]- Automatic milkers will no longer attempt to milk bulls, male goats. Or calves.[/p][p]- Automatic milkers no longer appear in regular old animal pens (in brick buildings).[/p][p]- The spots where you removed old fences near the house can now be cultivated like any other soil.[/p][p]- The “Fresh Milk” quest (for Sophia) now accepts either a cow or a goat and also counts milk from automatic milkers.[/p][p]- Maria at the State Farm now buys strawberries.[/p][p]- Turns out some prankster painted our male geese to look like barnacle geese. After a bath, it’s clear they’re just normal saddleback males.[/p][p]- Wives no longer walk around barefoot after coming back from work.[/p][p]- Floating socks in the yard should no longer haunt Kasimir’s farm.[/p][p]- Cats and dogs can now enter Kasimir’s house. Cats sleep in the kitchen — whether Kasimir likes it or not.[/p][p]- Save file deletion is now much more convenient. You can even delete all files at once — so be careful![/p][p][/p][p]So let's get started:[/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p][/p][p]Enjoy your farming,[/p][p] [/p]
