Patch v0.6.5.3f1

This patch is a hotfix to address some major issues that had arisen with the last patch. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Change Log:

• A bug that prevented the tutorial from starting automatically in new games has been fixed.
  
• A bug that caused the button to not disable the tutorial in a new game to not work correctly when using a controller has been fixed.
  
• An error that caused workers to keep earning money while the clock was stopped due to being in a dialogue has been fixed.
