Minor functional improvements + EX2-4 adjustments

Reduced the cost of several passives in ChapterEX2-4 that are acquired by consuming violet keys.
Mouse-over on the item catalog now highlights the corresponding item on the map.

I think we will continue to see silent updates for a while of functional improvement systems in the future.
(The notification process is tedious, so we will probably skip notifications except for balance adjustments.)
