Thrones Of Decay: Introducing Elspeth Von Draken

Greetings!

We’re back this week with our second deep dive into Thrones of Decay. Having royally infested ourselves with Nurgle’s blessing last time, we thought it appropriate to take a refreshing trip to the Gardens of Morr with the Empire’s latest Legendary Lord; Elspeth von Draken.

And though you may have heard some rumblings already, we’re delighted to confirm that Thrones of Decay will be releasing on the 30th of April.

One of Nurgle’s greatest champions, the infested Master of Hosts and Bringer of Desolation, the Maggot Lord himself; Tamurkhan. As the stuff of lie and legend, tales of the savage commander trail back for millennia, so, it’s best we set the record straight and meet an infested warlord for the ages.

Total War Warhammer 3 has faced a lot of criticism from players lately, particularly owing to the Shadows of Change DLC, which was regarded as light on new material despite its increased price. While recent TWW3 Steam reviews have dropped to 'mixed,' Creative Assembly, also behind Total War Pharoah, is looking to make things right, as it outlines the gigantic Total War Warhammer 3 Thrones of Decay DLC that will arrive alongside a range of new updates that are free to all owners of the base game.
