Oculus Throwing (default grip and release threshold) update!

The following changes have been applied due to awesome feedback from the oculus rift users community! Please keep me up to date with any tweaks that have been made on your end to make this a better expierence for everyone :)

-Pushed out tweaks to the default oculus controller bindings to treat grips better towards the grip and release threshold so that object can be thrown with better timing vs a late release causing objects to send velocity towards the floor.

Bug fixes, Apoc adjustments, Collision, Red vs Blue (Duals) Coming Soon!

-Added layout for Red Vs. Blue 1 v 1 mini game to Lobby
-Fixed bug with tablet not displaying the correct map name on first load into Lobby
-Corrected a few issues with collisions around Apoc map
-Added new item spawners and player spawn points to Apoc mode
-Created guide for WMR users having controller drift issues which can be found here.

Tablet ease of use update! Apoc Loot and spawn locations! Sandbox changes!

-Added more loot and spawn locations to apoc mode
-Added a few more weapons and made small adjustments to sandbox mode
-updated the tablet to be easier to select and read options
-updated the sessions to be a little larger for selection
-fixed a bug that would keep you from selecting another session if you already selected one
-updated collisions on a few objects in apoc mode that was making it difficult to reach items
-updated remote grip behavior on the quiver

Added in Chest slotted melee type

--added in new spiked bat variation
--added in butcher knife
--added in 2 new female and male character skins
--continued work on apoc map spawn locations and loot

Bug Fixes and Session List Changes

Todays patch includes:

-added adjustments to grip locations on guns for protubes based on feedback on discord
-adjusted deadzone for jump to keep snap/smooth turning and jumping from bleeding together on all controller types
-added player count, mapname/mode to sessions list
-fixed an error where leave session would sometimes result in a blank name
-added second spawn (random) point to sandbox due to feedback
-fixed edge case where you could die in vehicle and respawn without control.
