Want to know about the Hades 2 Arcana Cards? The Hades 2 technical test has dropped, giving fans a sneak peek of their favorite roguelike as it returns for a daring sequel. One of the new mechanics are the Arcana Cards, a special set of cards that contain power ups capable of turning Melinoë into a killing machine.

Hades 2 is better than the original in every single way

I'll be the first to admit that my excitement around the announcement of Hades 2, the direct sequel to one of my favorite games of all time, was pierced with apprehension. Supergiant's approach to sequels in the past has been to, well, not make them. Each new game the indie studio puts out features a new world with new characters, challenges, narratives, and gameplay styles. Hades hit differently, though, with its roguelike structure embellished with tales of mythological family and personal struggles. The element of the original Hades that really drew me in, as a queer woman, was the underlying theme of sexuality and gender identity that highlighted the personal lifestyles of us all.

How to sign up for the Hades 2 technical test

How do you sign up for the Hades 2 technical test? Supergiant Games, the developers of the Hades series, has decided to launch a technical test via Steam to squash as many bugs as possible. It should be noted that a technical test is different from Steam Early Access. Not everyone will gain access to the Hades 2 technical test, but they will be able to play the game once it launches for everyone on Steam.
