Choose Wisely Festival

[p][/p][p]Do you love narrative games? Uuuuuuuuuhv course ya do. The more branching the better, right? Forget those mundane choice trees, we need multi-dimensional many-armed octopi looping their tentacles back in on themselves, referencing variables and setting groundhogs and all that.[/p][p][/p][p]Confused? Don't worry about it. Just check out the Choose Wisely Festival here on Steam and make some choices that matter.[/p][p][/p][p]I Was a Teenage Exocolonist will have a free demo available for the week. Play through the first year of your life on an alien planet, which takes about 2 hours, with replayability. (STILL no discount this time - sorry! It's festival season!) Games from Vancouver

[p][/p][p]We love Vancouver BC! Who doesn't - we've got the sea, the mountains, and more game studios per capita than should reasonably be expected. I grew up here and after 15 years away I was pulled back by the intense gravity of our indie game scene. Our local community is so creative and so diverse and welcoming, and we definitely aren't a big cult, just ignore what they post on bluesky.[/p][p]
Half the Exocolonist team hails from here and we are all so proud of our fellow Vancouverites and their games. This week we're celebrating with a festival of Games from Vancouver. Check them all out here:[/p][p] [/p][p]๐Ÿ™๏ธ๐Ÿ”๏ธ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ‹โ˜• Games From Vancouver fest Nov 21 - 30 2025 ๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒง๏ธ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ[/p][p][/p][p]I Was a Teenage Exocolonist will have a free demo available for the week. Happy Third Exoversary!

[p]๐Ÿ„๐Ÿš€ I Was a Teenage Exocolonist ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿš€ has been everyone's favorite solarpunk time loop stats-raising coming of age narrative/sim game for three years! As is tradition, we're celebrating our Exoversary with a half price sale, a free demo, a dev stream, and our biggest ever (physically big that is) plushie campaign![/p][p][/p]
๐ŸŽจ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Developer draw & talk
[p]Join us on Thursday, August 28 at 9am PT / 12pm ET on the Finji Twitch Stream for chatting and doodles with devs Sarah, Mei, Lindsay, and our host Aster from Finji. There will be giveaways!![/p][p][/p]
๐Ÿ›’๐Ÿ•น๏ธSale and demo
[p]โ The Exocolonist demo features the full first year of the game, and if you want to keep playing you can continue smoothly into the rest of the game with a 50% discount this week![/p][p] [/p]
๐Ÿ‘พ๐ŸงธFaceless and friends
[p]We're doing another limited time plushie campaign with Makeship! This time for a jumbo-sized faceless plushie that comes with two mini accessory sized dolls of Dys and Sym![/p][p] [/p][p][/p][p]Yes I lied before when I said we wouldn't make any more! Who could resist taking that big squiggly wiggly stompy baddie and turning her into the cutest eldritch puppy dog? Just look at that face! (what face?)[/p][p][/p][p] [/p][p][/p]
Limited time only campaign
[p]This time we have three weeks to get a minimum of 200 orders. On September 16 the campaign ends, and if we've met our goal then every plushie will be made-to-order for our backers and delivered in December. After that, no more will be made! There's a special bonus for the first 200 orders which will be delivered at the end of September.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p](Sol doll for scale)[/p][p][/p]
She's big!
[p]This faceless plush is jumbo sized, quite a bit bigger than our previous Makeship dolls. And Dys and Sym are keychain sized little fellers that tuck snuggly into those squiggly wigglers (you can tell at least Sym enjoys it). It would be pretty easy to actually turn them into purse charms if you're crafty.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Happy Exoversary! Come join us on Discord to celebrate with the devs!
