Minigames in Gas Station Simulator – RV Camp DLC part II – Devlog #4

[p]We’re back again with another entry in our devlog series focusing on the minigames you’ll find in the RV Camp DLC. In our last post, we gave you a taste of what’s waiting for you in the campgrounds, but as you might have guessed – the RV Camp comes packed with all sorts of activities, and we’re not done showing them off just yet. This time, we’re shining the spotlight on four very different minigames that bring variety and challenge. Let’s dive in.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][h2]Sauna 🥵[/h2][p]Every great RV Camp needs a place to relax, and nothing says relaxation quite like a cozy sauna session. But of course, relaxation in Gas Station Simulator still needs a dose of gameplay challenge.[/p][p]In the Sauna minigame, you’ll need to carefully steer the flow of heat and steam. The mechanic is all about precision – avoid the red circles, while collecting the green ones to keep the temperature balanced. Think of it as keeping the perfect rhythm of relaxation – your guests want to sweat, not roast![/p][p]As always, keep in mind that we're still working on polishing all of the minigames, so the GIF you see above might not represent the final quality. [/p][p][/p][h2]Spotted Bench Press 🏋️[/h2][p]RV Camps attract all sorts of personalities, and some of them are dedicated gym-goers who want to make it on top of the magazine cover. Enter the spotted bench press minigame, where you get to help your guests keep those gains in check.[/p][p]Here, timing and coordination are everything. You’ll have to follow the green bar up and down with your W and S on your keyboard to simulate the barbell’s motion, while also maintaining balance with A and D. Too much tilt to one side and your guest will struggle – or worse, you’ll drop the bar. Too little focus on the rhythm, and you’ll lose control of the lift.[/p][p][/p][h2]Wood Chopping 🪓[/h2][p]What’s a camp without a crackling campfire? Someone’s got to chop the wood, and this time – it’s you.[/p][p]The wood chopping minigame is all about precision and balance. Each swing matters, and your task is to split the log into two equal pieces. The closer you get to that perfect middle cut, the better your result. Aim for consistency and accuracy – when both sides look just right, you’ll know you’ve mastered the skill.
