22 Feb 22 Early Access Build

- fixed a bug where an AI rotating a tank that was opfired on - and then Abandoned - could still move the abandoned tank one hex.
- fixed a bug where two 'end turn' commands could be sent if the hotkey & button were simultaneously clicked.
- Multiplayer: added some more debug info for impulse/turn transitions, in case that bug wasn't the cause of multiplayer turn desyncs.

21 Feb 22 Early Access Build

- Tutorial 4: fixed German setup having gone awry.
- fixed leaders with Speedy skill not properly applying to all units when coming in as a reinforcement from off the map.

- Unity updated to 2020.3.28f1
- fixes for heroes that are generated by opfire being not properly selected afterwards and being able to move on subsequent impulses
- added short lockout to prevent inadvertent doubleclicking of the End Impulse button
- Scenario Editor: added Rubble Points for an alternative pre-setup addition of Rubble for either side; located on Set SSRs->Set Rubble/Fate Points.
- Scenario Editor: added hex Sewer Access toggle on Terrain menu.
- Scenario Editor: added Sewer Movement & Sniper Repositioning accessibility by side on the SSRs->Rules menu.

11 Feb 22 Early Access Build

- adjusted LOS line center dot detection to avoid some rare inconsistent detections.
- Battle Generator: a different fix for campaign leaders going missing if they chose inappropriate unit types to grab the setup info from.
- Brown Water, Black Berets: changed SSR to not allow the Chaplain to call for river boat attacks, added the missing SSR text for the river boats.
