28 Oct 21 Early Access Build

- added the ability to re-crew abandoned vehicles when Advanced Combat Rules is toggled on (which is the option formerly known as Optional Penetration Damage).
- large Buttoned counters no longer used on vehicles with turrets because the turret marker has a "Buttoned" side; therefore buttoned vehicles with turrets will now show the turret counter when it faces the same direction as the vehicle
- fixed a bug where units with facing would sometimes be allowed to fire out of their allowed arc (different than the Oct 25 fix)
- fixed the map scroll hotkeys sometimes not working after manually saving a game

- Valor of the 13th: fixed the order of the first two scenarios (Left Hook should be first chronologically)

- fixed a bug where if the AI moves over some friendly units and then takes opfire on a further move, the units it ran over could be targeted for damage checks
- fixed a bug where if there were two ordnance weapons in a hex and a target was out of range of one of them, the second was sometimes considered as unable to fire at the target
- fixed a bug where units with facing would sometimes be allowed to fire out of their allowed arc
- Map 26/26F: fixed three hexes not being marked as Orchard

- Heroes of the Motherland: Valor of the 13th DLC released (pending Steam approval)
- added new rule to Options->Rules screen - Optional Penetration Damage; rolls on a table of damage results for armored vehicles that would normally be destroyed by ordnance attacks (58% chance of still Destroyed, the rest are things like mobility damage, crew stunned, or turret damage).
- more sound effects added
- fix for a potential crash when selecting a specific mortar for an indirect mortar attack
