14 Oct 21 Early Access Build

- fixed a bug with the artillery hex highlighting that could have weird effects on the rest of the game
- Scenario Editor: added new event effect: Choose Unit Group (as seen in Mines & Men, but up to 3 groups).

- fixed LOS not doing one-hex obstacle shadows correctly
- fixed a bug with FFE/Smoke/Fire counters not using their proper blocking/degrading heights when the LOS had different start & finish levels
- fixed abandoned vehicles not counting as Degrading terrain
- mines now correctly prohibited from being placed in buildings
- Red Star: corrected M163 morale to match the counter value (7)
- Vietnam Map 3: fixed missing LOS layer
- Scenario Editor: added unit attribute "Smoking Wreck", added values for generated crew exit to Victory Points menu

- possible fix for units on purchase screen window being shifted out of the window to the left
- bug report hotkeys will not longer bring up the window if a string input window has focus (entering save names, editor info, etc)
- map scroll hotkeys will no longer scroll the map if an input window has focus
- mouse scrollwheel will no longer zoom the map if hovering over an area where it scrolls a box of units/text/other info

- fixed the Mon Cheri Armor scenarios not displaying results in the records tab

- Normandy Map 17: fixed missing LOS layer if player only owns Battlepack 1

- fixed a bug where reloading/restarting a scenario in the same session could start up with no map panels loaded
- fixed a bug with LOS shadow lengths when the line was going from downhill to uphill
- fixed LOS running straight down tree-lined roads not being clear
- fixed bunkers/barricades from not being able to be rotated in Battle Generator/Editor without saving first
- fixed vehicles with AA charts and multiple shots to fire the correct # of shots vs helicopters in opfire
- fixed a bug with the AI sometimes placing units in Setup so that they would appear to be upstairs but not really be upstairs
