- fixed a bug from yesterday's build where clicking on a hex with two leaders could crash the game

- fixed Armor Leaders not being able to be dragged onto vehicles in the scenario editor
- fixed stacks with leaders that do Assault Fire not being able to move immediately afterwards
- fixed new format scenarios not starting with the selected fog of war setting
- told the AI to consider holding off on using snipers for a bit at the start of a scenario

- implemented the new mines vs. vehicles rules (21.4.1) that were brought into the 5.2 rules from North Africa
- fixed a bug where a hero with the Leader-Hero skill would not do a solo Close Assault unless he had an anti-tank weapon

- added text to the Direct Fire results window when there are two passes because of fire into a stack with mixed Moving vs. non-Moving penalties
- told the AI that winning by only 1 or 2 points is fine
