08 Jul 22 Early Access Build

- added missing attack modifier from section 1.6.4: bonus to attacks vs. units that fired rockets out of buildings.
- updated tutorial 2 text for the new page # in the rulebook of the Infantry Combat Narrative.
- Pinned: fixed victory condition to Draw on a tie and removed xx3 from British setup hexes.
- Rebecca can you See Me?: fixed a bug where the US AI would avoid moving Leaders because it thought the Eureka units were immobile MGs (don't ask).
- Battle Generator: added 'unlimited counters' option to allow exceeding the paper limit on number of counters.

- added some logfile info for a crash loading a campaign save (possibly due to saving during deployment phase; still investigating).
- Scenario Editor: fixed the upper right map panel in a 3x3 map layout not loading the graphic in the correct place.

- updates for latest rules changes:
* changed the modifiers for vehicle ordnance fire to +0 if Open, +1 penalty if Buttoned (was -1 bonus open, +0 buttoned).
* changed dismantle/assemble squad weapons to be able to be done in the Ops Phase for a move point cost; this required an action button, so the button is also available in Setup & Rally (though you can still click on the weapon to toggle it, as you have all been trained to do this).

- fixed size of the new StuH counter
- Battle Generator: fixed the AI never purchasing artillery/air in random battles.

- fixed a bug with game seemingly freezing when Shaken units are selected and extremely long movement paths are requested by hovering mouse over distant hexes.
