15 Nov 21 Early Access Build

- fixed generated heroes with the Rocket Man skill sometimes having their free support weapon be invisible or have a missing counter
- multiplayer: save file sizes have been steadily increasing and trying to resume large scenarios (example: Kingsbridge) could exceed the Steam packet size limit when sending the save to the opponent, so the save is now split into chunks to properly transfer over Steam.
- Scenario Editor: added unit attribute Abandoned VP

- fixed the on-board skill icons not being properly loaded (showing a small Fired instead)
- Game Over: fixed a bug where the AI could get stuck when targeting a Dummy counter
- Battle Generator: added a custom leader portrait for some forces that had none - Argentine Army, Belgian, Dutch, NVA, and SS
- Scenario Editor: added unit attribute Extra Nation, for units to be affected by Leaders from other nations on their same side; added unit attribute Self-Rally; added unit attribute Close Sniper

- another fix for units with facing sometimes being allowed to fire out of their allowed arc
- The Last Reserve: added an SSR to allow vehicles to control victory hexes in this scenario; this ability is also added to the editor under unit attributes, called "Allow Control".
- Scenario Editor: fixed not being able to place units inside bunkers/caves

- Battle Generator: fixed mixed Motherland/other module battles from sometimes having missing counter graphics for one side

- added the ability to re-crew abandoned vehicles when Advanced Combat Rules is toggled on (which is the option formerly known as Optional Penetration Damage).
- large Buttoned counters no longer used on vehicles with turrets because the turret marker has a "Buttoned" side; therefore buttoned vehicles with turrets will now show the turret counter when it faces the same direction as the vehicle
- fixed a bug where units with facing would sometimes be allowed to fire out of their allowed arc (different than the Oct 25 fix)
- fixed the map scroll hotkeys sometimes not working after manually saving a game
