17 May 21 Early Access Build

- Unity updated to 2020.3.8f1
- multiplayer: added some more synchronization at game-control changes (end of impulse, etc)
- multiplayer: fixed the Game Summary button not showing up for one of the two players at game end if they go out to review the map (the one who's turn it was not when the game ended); the Game Exit/Continue button is still only there for one player so chained/campaign scenarios work properly
- multiplayer: fixed a bug where the unit popup info box could cause unit IDs on the separate computers to become desynchronized (!)

14 May 21 Early Access Build

- pushing the space bar immediately after starting the game will now entirely skip the title sequence as though the 'skipintro' flag was set in the command-line arguments; may help computers that cannot load the new larger title graphics (setting that argument is more reliable, though)

- added the 5.1 Hull Down rules, can be disabled on the options screen
- new title screen graphics
- fixed the US Advisor mistakenly increasing his own Morale
