So the new online multiplayer is now out, it's very different than the launch version. The launch version allowed people to take turns up to 12 hours and leave the game and come back later since it was all done via a server.

Now the online is peer to peer multiplayer, you can host or join a session and the turn time is 5 minutes before you can declare victory, you can also invite anyone on your steam list.

The multiplayer of the game is entirely free. With daily different heroes to play with.

We will be introducing soon a update to the online multiplayer, it will no longer be used by the Plague Universe server but instead it will connect peer to peer for real time multiplayer and invites. Feel free to report any bugs you may find.

The next DLC we are currently working on to submit within October (release date when approved) will revolve around 2 campaigns, one a new character to play as, a vampire, and also the continuation of Rat Mother's story from the original War Theatre.
