7th Update to Heraldry Studio!

Heraldry Studio has a new updated charge distribution algorithm. Now charges will try to fill the given space while maintaing the right structure.

Some new positions are added - per pall, per saltire etc.

Meanwhile a bug has been fixed that made Heraldry Studio unusable for small number of users has been fixed.
