We are not slowing down! We recently announced the free prologue to JDM: Japanese Drift Master - JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, and today we return with the great news that many of you have been waiting for!



We are proud to announce a collaboration between Gaming Factory and Subaru. This is the first such collaboration for this title. With each successive one, we will be able to increase the number of famous car models that will hit the streets of the JDM world.

You will soon have the opportunity to get behind the wheel of Subaru models and we believe they will bring a new dimension of authenticity to our game. All cars are scanned by us to implement them as accurately as possible in our production.

We have some exciting news for you. We know how much you miss JDM demo, so today we're proud to announce the free prologue - JDM: Rise of the Scorpion! Fasten your seatbelts, because the prologue will be released in the summer of 2024!

Immerse yourself in the passionate, competitive, and challenging world that has shaped Hatori "Scorpion" Hasashi since his high school days. Learn his story through a storyline guided by hand-drawn manga panels and compete against his rivals on the track.

JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, is a one and only introduction to the story that will continue in the full version of the game. You can expect a completely new experience in the prologue, as it will contain elements that were not previously present in the JDM demo.

• An extensive storyline - take on the role of Scorpion and find out how he developed his character and skills behind the wheel.
  
• New car - get behind the wheel of a vehicle as fast as a scorpion attack.
  
• Peculiar characters - meet Hatori's loved ones who always stand by his side, as well as his greatest rivals.
  
• New map area - discover previously unavailable locations and traverse the winding streets of the Japanese countryside.

Remember our devlog about how engine, bump, and crash sounds are created for JDM? Today we will also take you into the world of phonography, but from a slightly different angle. We would like to present you with a video in which you can hear the sounds of nature and the environment you will encounter as you traverse the winding roads in Japanese Drift Master.

[h2]Realistic sounds[/h2]
Some of the sounds for JDM were recorded by our sound engineer, who traveled to Japan to bring you the most authentic experience possible. During his trip, he collected a lot of ambient sounds from the streets, race tracks, and various service areas that are strongly associated with Japanese culture. You can read more about his trip in his devlog.


[h2]Radio stations[/h2]
We know how important music is when driving! We are preparing a radio system with a variety of stations so there is something for everyone. You will be able to choose from a variety of musical genres to make your journey along Japan's scenic roads as enjoyable as possible.
