You’re seeing well, this devlog is about something totally different than usual![/h3]

On the occasion of the ongoing campaign on Kickstarter, we’re helping our brother, Climber: Sky is the Limit, get some well-deserved attention!


Our studio, together with A2 Softworks, didn’t expect the project to be nominated in 2 categories on such prestige event as gamescom 2021. Nominations gave us a lot of motivation, and fuel for future development but like in every game cycle, there is a time when developers need some help from their community.

This time has come for us, that’s why we would like to invite you all to Climber: Sky is the Limit’s campaign on KICKSTARTER!

For the next few weeks on Kickstarter, we’re going to collect funds and feedback from the gamers to polish the game and astonish everyone with its final form!

At this stage of development, all help is welcomed. That’s why if you can’t (or don’t want to) help us through Kickstarter but you’re willing to support us in any form, even a small action like leaving feedback or adding the game to your wishlist on Steam will help us a million!

Quick patch #2

We have just deployed a Quick patch #2.
After successful investigation with debugging tool and great feedback from PLAYERS we managed to fix:

- nasty bug during the mission with the truck delivery (it will be still on the Bunker Dev Team radar)



The next update is according to our schedule - Friday 24th of September.

We will do our best to reply asap to your suggestions/feedback.

We have just deployed third hotfix for you - at ease!

Huge military thanks to all PLAYERS !! Last week we have found this nasty bug based on our debug tool. After fixing at the beginning of the week we have decided not to wait till the upcoming hotfix and we deployed the quick patch on Tuesday 14th of September which covers:

- nasty bug blocking progression to the next mission;
- problem with saving at the end of the day (still on our dev radar);

That is why we continue this way of investigation and precautionary debug tool is still present to localize the next potential bug enemy on the front line. So whenever at the top center of your screen pops up an information not really understandable for you Soldier - it means you nailed it - congrats!!

New content:
a) trash can and little customization as a surprise for PLAYERS :-))
b) for those Players who finished the game mode can play endless mode without simulation missions and with random missions per day;


What was also fixed:

a) respawn first aid kid in the rubble room;
b) make a coffee task when coffee is not available;
c) couldn't sometimes pick up the bucket;
d) tree collider;
e) glitch with looting the enemy weapon;
f) truck glitch when attacking;
g) tank glitch when attacking;


Still survival QoL is a big case so suggestions/bugs were fixed on the fly:

a) warning question when you misclick "New game" while having already game progress;
b) leveling experience balanced;
c) MG's balanced;
d) "M" won't show unnecessary on the top of the screen;
e) german translation improved;
f) D-Day in statistics;
g) correct number of pills in the inventory;
h) information about the endless mode after finishing the game;


We have huge improvements/QoL/bugs feedback thus we add another month for the most important content and mechanics to implement in September&October '21:

- key bindings;
- trash can for useless items/ingredients; DONE
- inventory improvement (assigning items to hot keys by hoovering; slot scrolling, shift information);
- mines tutorial;
- companion marker;
- bunker doors mechanic;
- looting enemy ammo from the weapon;
- enemy body disappear after looting for less powerful PC;
- one day without a mission to hang out, hear a birdsong or just sort all your stuff;


We will do our best to reply asap to your suggestions/feedback.

Soldiers!

We have just deployed a quick patch after a successful investigation regarding:

- nasty bug during the missions (thanks to debugging tool)
- autosaving during the night

We have just deployed second hotfix for you - at ease!

In our opinion this hotfix covers the greatest value for the players which is the number of attacking enemies. This was increased so the MG shooting, having a patrol or plane missions, becomes more immersive. We want to emphasize war apsect and military vibes so you Soldier could even more enjoy our game!

We also implemented the debug tool to track down some nasty bug. Whenever on your screen at the top center pops up an information not really understandable for you Soldier - it means you have found it - congrats!!

What was fixed:

- added more planes in the mission to increase the shooting pace;
- tank when destroyed doesn't attack (short desc: tanks have some strategic points which they attack in the first place so you have to stay vigilant on this vulnerable spots);
- music won't be playing when mission is finished;
- "quick sleep" is available for Solder;
- disappearing loot when taking items to our backpack;
- now you can't pick up a log wood from the empty stack;
- trucks come the same day after encoding the order;
- MG station ammo information when companion shooting;
- you can sleep while your companion is doing daily duties;
- glitch when your companion was using anti-tank gun;
- enemy are visible in low graphics settings;


Still survival QoL is a big case so suggestions/bugs were fixed on the fly:

a) sound warning when enemy entrance the bunker;
b) Increase number of attacking enemies;
c) hot tank armory spots;
d) increased time of burning wood so you don't have to put another so often;
e) decreased number of wood neccesary to burn to one log in order not run out of supply so fast;
f) decreased number of wood necessary to chop to speed up the gameplay;
g) increased energy boost after taking a nap;
h) increased potato spawning to feel confident with preparing each meal based on cook book;
i) increased number of tea/coffee in boxes and enemy bodies;
j) enemies spawning points too close during the patrol (increased the distance);
k) "zero" more visible while encoding;
l) decreased number of tea/coffee tasks;
m) translation in food orders;
