We looked through each review and Steam discussion with a detailed approach. We actively monitor 24/7 feedback on social media as well as Steam reviews, discussions, or discord.
All the time we are collecting and processing all information we have received so far.

The material and content are huge thus we have landed on the following idea. To sustain this level of flow information from your side we would like to reach your level and gives you Bunker perspective.

What does it mean?
Based on general feedback, talks, and suggestions on Discord, discussions on Steam - we scheduled a plan in which issues might be fixed in the following Hotfixes.

Why we are doing this?
To provide to all of you players clear information that this is just the beginning and heads up everybody this is not a dead-end. We like your approach and the fact you noticed the huge potential for additional content, mechanics in our project.
So now we roll up our sleeves even more and step by step, brick after brick our job is continuing, so the game quality will increase for sure!

WW2: Bunker Simulator - Early Access Hotfix #1

Today we have uploaded the first hotfix. Enjoy!

Based on players/youtubers feedback and suggestions we made some fixes in this build which hopefully will address most troublesome issues.
Currently, we are collecting and processing all the great feedback we have received so far.

First of all, we received questions about how to disable Nazi symbols in-game. So we decided to implement this useful idea in Options as:

- "Streamer Mode" in-game Options (Important: Nazi symbols are ON by default, so if somebody wants to disable those symbols simply changes to OFF)
It is not implemented for players localized in German where symbols are disabled by default.


When we decided to go Early Access we knew that balance would play a very important role in whole gameplay. That is why we actively monitor your feedback on every social media as well as Steam review, discussions or discord.

Here are some improvements:

- the length of each day was increased so the player now have more time - especially during the first days when all mechanics are new - to get familiar with the bunker, equipment, weapons environment. This will let player spend more time on crafting without pressure to complete mission in time;
- stamina, food, water indicator was slow down in order to sustain feeling of a soldier in action and not pushing player to refill hunger or stamina indicator so often. A lot of soldiers find themselves dying too easily whereas issues about hunger were related to early-game stage and understanding the mechanics; filling the canteen with water is one of an example;
- decreased injury received by the enemies gives player more chance to survive after unexpected shot;
- improved accuracy of pistols and semi-automatic rifles;

There was a lot of QoL suggestion/bugs so we decided fix it right away. Below you can find detailed list:

- added information about:
a) which corps you need to loot;
b) where to chop wood;
c) which sleeping bed is yours;
d) player hints centered on screen to be more visible;
e) dynamic "M" symbol for "Map mission";
f) "E" for stiring the pot and not to burn your food;
- skipping logo after second time game starts (saves time);
- fixed adrenalina shot;
- icon with exclamation mark informs that transmitter is under attack;
- in order not to confuse player the counter "0" was changed during the plane mission;


Others:

- game Road Map information in Main Menu;
- word misspelling;
- auto update language after switching in option;



What we have in plans for this month (September):

- inventory improvement (assigning items to hot keys by hoovering; slot scrolling, Shift information)
- increase number of attacking enemies
- key bindings
- mines tutorial
- zero more visible while decoding
- energy boost after taking a nap
- companion marker
- bunker doors mechanic
- looting enemy ammo
- last soldier or plan improved mission balance


We will do our best to reply asap to your suggestions/feedback.

[h3] Today marks the day we can present to You our game.[/h3][h2]WW2 Bunker Simulator comes out in Early Access![/h2]

But what precisely Early Access means for us both as players and developers?

Mostly hell out of the ride. We believe the game is already in decent shape, it's playable, and it will provide You with some great time for 22 in-game days long campaigns worth around 10-20 hours of gameplay that will strongly depend on one skill and some good ol' RNG clusterfunk.

In the upcoming months, we are planning to do few things simultaneously. At first, we want to patch out community found bugs and issues. The first Patch should appear around two-three days after the premiere.

We are in Early Access. There will be bugs, and thankfully we have brooms.

We have an nice internal list of things to be done short-term as well. Below we would like to present to You our longer-term plan for future updates of the game.


Before we go any further into the Game Development, we would like to say few things.

We want to apologize for the delays. We have believed in premiere in July.

Fate wanted it, so we made it in mid-Autumn, and we were able to release it just for September 1st. The day is so very important for many, including us. We want to make a separate Devlog about this day, and it will be published a bit later.

We are starting Dev-Stream at 8:00 AM that will be played on the Steam store page in a loop so everyone can familiarize themselves with a game.

We are launching a brand new trailer today! Stay Tuned!

Now we need to talk about issues those Roadmap milestones are going to answer.

INTERFACE
Currently, we believe our overall interface might be a little clunky at first. Our testers team noted us about this, but they agree they got used to it pretty quickly as well. ENEMY DETECTION
Right now, at times, it might be hard to tell from where bullets are precisely coming. We recently have made several sounds improvements that mainly addressed the issue, but there is still some more to do, and we still lack a good visual indication of the attack direction. WIP.

AUDIO
We want to improve the overall audio in our game. Add more soundtracks and all kinds of various sounds. Improve/Change those currently implemented for better ones.

We want to teach them to work together better. Overall now AI is mostly good and can provide some real threat to the Bunker, but it can go stupid at times.
