Morels: The Hunt News

You can now play Morels in French.


The winning screenshots from our Screenshot Contest have been added to the loading screen slideshow.


- We made the crosshairs a little bigger and more clear for the new pickup method.
- Fixed camera save bug. If you were to save and exit your game while in camera mode you would not be able to pickup the next time you played until you used your camera. This has been fixed.
- Fixed Redwoods ATV from rolling backwards at the start of the level.
- Fixed shopping screen points text from sometimes overlapping other text.
- Fixed the horse collision a little bit to prevent critters from climbing on top of it.
- Fixed Redwoods golden morel missing from cabin wall display. It will now display the golden morel if you have found it for Redwoods.

We can include either your Steam Username or your actual name on the bottom right hand corner of the images. You can email us at [email protected] to tell us which one your prefer. Fixed poison ivy/camera bug. If you had poison ivy and were to scratch right after you took a photo, it would freeze the game. This has been fixed.

Fixed horse almost drowning in shallow water. There was a bug that caused the horse to think it was under water in some of the shallow water areas. This has been fixed.

In an effort to have more animals in the Texas Ranch map we created a new bug. This bug would double the amount of animals spawned in some areas each of the maps, including Texas. This was causing frame rates to drop in some of the maps due to the amount of animals that were spawned. This has been fixed.

You can now pause the game when you are on the horse. It does not bring up the game menu but will pause the game.

Fixed glare off of the horse’s mane when using the headlamp at night.

Stopped mystery animal spawn loop bug in Rocky Mountains.

Fixed morels not counting bug in Rocky Mountains if you were to pick them up with the new pickup method.

Fixed morels not showing on the picnic table after being picked in the Rocky Mountain map.
