Small Update v0.5-10

Hi farmers,

We're releasing another update to fix the "Explore the ocean" quests that were still not showing up for some players.

Hotfix v0.5-10: Bugfix:
- More fixes for cases where "Explore the ocean" is not showing up. This fix applies to new games and existing saves.
