Update #18 - Gamepad changes and bugfixes

Puzzle size indicator in lower right corner will now also highlight currently active side for slicing.
Gamepad support was redesigned as to try and address issues with Dualshock and Xbox One controllers.
Fix for an issue where workshop sorting would not work after game restart.
