Update #20 - Workshop stability improvements

This patch fixes issues related to unstable internet and busy workshop servers.

• All downloaded workshop entries should now be accessible and visible even if list fails to refresh.
  
• Fast changes on selected workshop diorama should no longer result in broken vote widget.
