There will be scheduled service maintenance on 22nd July 2020, starting from 23:00HRS (PDT) / 02:00HRS (EDT).
During the maintenance, heroes will not be able to connect to the game including steam users and are expected to be resumed by 03:00HRS (PDT) / 06:00HRS (EDT).
[What we will do during this maintenance?]
Fix the unable reward drop issue from Cerberus Nest Special Box
■We will distribute the compensated items to the players confirmed this issue by submitting 1:1 inquiry during 22nd July maintenance as well.
■If you have experienced the same issue during July, please submit 1:1 ticket with your character name, screenshot, or video and play date by July 23th (PDT). If the period is over, distributing compensation would be difficult to process.
We strongly recommend that you log out of the game before the stipulated time to avoid any item loss.
